Luggage set

I bought a set of luggage at Takealot, the delivery was delayed due to supplier not having stock. Eventually when I received the set it was secondhand, I immediately took pics and mailed them countless times.i informed them that I'm going on a trip and need the bags urgently .I am so desperate that I was willing to take the bags for a discounted price , they emailed me after 8 messages and not 1 is of help. I'm disappointed and upset because throughout my dilemma they still could not even try to help me in anyway.
