Lucky if you receive the goods you ordered

Almost every second order is wrong, or goods that are broken/not as described. Returning goods is a pain. Something you have already waited a week for can take another two weeks, just to receive the incorrect item again.

It takes them days to assess and decide if the wrong item they sent me can be returned.

Whether the goods originate from their own warehouse, or they are supp**** via Takealot, it still carries their name.

This business is their own worst enemy. They are playing into the hands of Amazon, when they return next year.
