Loyal customer for 10years, but no more

I have been a customer at Takealot for over 10 years. This all ends now. Second time I get a box with a missing item and no way to return or prove. Driver are lazy and rude. Always a day late. Sorry Takealot, but u are a sinking ship and you doing it to yourself. RIP
