Low quality products warranty refusal

<p>I bought Bluedio Bluetooth headphones from Takealot and within 5 months they broke as I was taking them off my head. This was very surprising to me as this was not any vigorious movement because i was just sitting at my desk at work an took them off and they just broke. Having paid R700 I didn't expect this at all. especially not within 5 months of buying the headphones. To make matters worse, Takealot refused to replace the headphones.</p>
