Loving the ride(so far)

So far so good. Had to return a faulty induction stovetop once and the return process was a breeze. Credited and got myself another brand, no hassle. Yes, the info on manufacturer guarantee and warranty could be better communicated but that's just on you, the customer, to take that extra step really. Hoping my lovely experiences will encourage someone else also to rate this business favourably, especially since Hellopeter seems notoriously negative based and therefore kind of unusable feedback at the end of the day.
