I recently had an issue where I received a discount voucher but was unable to process it from my app so I contacted your info email. Unfortunately the issue wasn't resolved as there seems to be a problem entering the voucher codes but I dealt with Sheena and wanted to compliment her on her friendly service. I've worked in the customer service field for 11 years and it's wonderful to deal with such a competent and friendly consultant. As a customer, you don't come accross someone like Sheena every day! Keep up the good work
