I order from Takealot regularly. Currently I have 4 orders waiting for delivery. Delivery is always faster than what is stated at the time of placing the order. Cancellations and refunds are sorted out quickly. Also, a few times I had defected products and the return was done smootly and item was replaced or refunded.
