Lousy *******

I was sending back headsets that I bought a couple of month back as they were giving me issues, I asked Takealot to please pick them up, the Headets have an SD slot and by mistake I left my SD card inside the headsets.

I called the driver after he had left after realizing my error, I explained my issue to the driver, he rudely told me he is too far to come back, that I should call customer service to assist, I did, explained my issue yet again and the kind gentleman told me that he will organize for the driver to come back. I received pictures from another customer service agent with pictures telling me there isn't an SD card inside, what irritates me the most is that they keep asking if I'm not sure and I'm not stupid, I know it was in there.

They have now ignored my emails and are now quiet, the SD card was 8gigs nothing fancy, it's all the music on there, I've been collecting all that music since 2015, so *****ing is ok by drivers or people who work at Takealot then... If they could take a lousy SD, what else have they ******... I wonder.
