Lots of Discovery Miles but no where to go

10 days ago I tried to buy a cellphone, using my Discovery Miles, on the [URL Removed] mobile app website. I accessed the site directly from the Discovery Mall tab on the Discovery website. I was amazed to find out that one is not able to buy any item using one's Discovery Miles as there is no option to make payment by doing so. On phoning the Takealot call centre I was told that indeed it was impossible and that the only way I could use my Miles to pay was by placing the order online from a laptop or PC, which is not helpful as I no longer have either. <br> Now my complaint is actually addressed to both Discovery and Takealot. <br> Discovery for displaying a link to a partner website that doesn't deliver and Takealot for producing an app that cannot do what is required. <br> I would really like to know what action is being done to ensure that Discovery Miles can be used in their mobile App or how else I am ever going to be able to buy the cellphone I wanted.
