Thank you ****lot for *****ing my money. (Not only mine, but a close friend just had the same experience. I purchased na item that came defective and broken . The item was a WiFi switch and the terminal where you connect the wires can not be tightened, which is afire Hazzard. I returned it for a credit so I can buy another item. they declined the credit without even giving a reason.
