Lost/****** package. not all items is delivered and no information recieved

Very pathetic. I received my packages today and 1 of the 3 items is not with the order. the driver cant give a correct answer. Cant get hold of takealot or even the Kimberly branch. They did not even notify me about the package that is not delivered but its still on my order. i will rather take my business to someone else and cancel my account with this company i will not recommend them anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
