Lost sneakers

I bought Urbanart sneakers on takealot. The sneakers isn't the same as what is advertised and the sole came loose. I returned the sneakers because it was still under warranty. An assessment was done and unfortunately it was declined which im not happy with because the sneakers is still under warranty.

However my sneakers was given to DPD Laser courier with a wrong address so they couldn't deliver. DPD Laser informed me that they returned the sneakers to Takealot on the 15 September 2023.

Since then I'm waiting for my sneakers and when I call to inquire no-one could give me proper answers because they trying to locate the sneakers.
