Lost return stock battling to get refund from takealot. False advertising

I ordered a powerbank and 2x R190 Big toe straightener corrector knob. Takealot sent the wrong items. I requested then to come and pick up the items. They came to fetch it on the 8th of April received it on the 10th of April at their warehouse. They have refunded my powerbank but the 2 Big toe straightener corrector knob has not been refunded. They dont know were the stock is. After sending them the proof that it was sent with the powerbank the courier did sign for one package with 3 items in.

Now im left with we are working on you query as soon as we have feedback we will get back to you. How do you lose 2 out if 3 items if it was sent back in one package? Refund is supposed to take 3 to 5 days after they have received the stock back.

Please also take not there is false advertising going on as the item i ordered was not the items i received. My previous order as well i ordered a set of black measuring cups but they sent me white. When i informed them they said i can send it back but i needed it the next morning for my sons consumers. They also took 10 days after i have paid to deliver.

Please can some investigation be done
