Lost return at the Hatfield pick up point

Bought two clear chairs from takealot. Both scratched - lodged a return and replacement within about 10 mins of receiving and examining the seat of the chairs. Did not even open the legs and accessories attached to the chairs - put them aside into a bin bag packet and did not touch them until the day i returned them . ALL legs and accessories were returned in a bin bag packet along with the two seats of the chairs at the hatfield pick up point. The lady at the pick up point took both my chairs as well as the bin bag. I even told her those are the *****s and legs and she said okay. Few days later I receive an email saying that the legs of the chairs and accessories were not received with my return? I am still awaiting their response but it gives me anxiety since I know I returned each and everything , I made sure to put everything aside carefully so that I was able to return it the following week. I would have loved for them to look at the cameras at the pickup point before sending me an email saying I did not return everything :)
