Lost parcel

I placed a order about two weeks ago i paid for my order my order got lost twice in transit my order got rescheduled twice already i was suppose to receive my parcel yesterday and i still haven't received my parcel i want my parcel by Monday for the latest this is ridicules that you guys can lose my parcel twice in transit my order number is ***3 so make sure my parcel arrives Monday for the latest
