Lost parcel

Well I tried rescheduling my order with takealot which was scheduled for Saturday, it showed that my request was successful on the app and it was rescheduled to Monday, so I waited the entire day on Monday for my parcel and when I checked on the app it said that I’ve received the parcel and signed for it, however I never got the parcel or received any call from their drivers Now I’ve been sending emails and calling Takealot but I haven’t received any help, they keep on saying that they’ll escalate my issue to the relevant department.
