Lost package

Hi bought a hard drive from takealot. It was supposedly delivered on Friday at 16:56 I was at the delivery address until 17:30 and received no package. I have sent multiple emails since they no longer have a phone number(a move that seems very anti customer) and have received 0 feedback that has not been automated.
