Lost Orders

I am so disappointed with Take a lot, this is the second time lm getting my orders late. Now lm still waiting for orders that were supposed to be Xmas presents. My order was sent to the wrong warehouse twice. I have been using the same address since l started ordering from them, now with the last two orders they said they can't find the address, why l dont know cause they have delivered before. An order that is supposed to take 3 days ends up taking almost 2 weeks. I'm done with them, all l get is e mails with excuses. Can't wait for Amazon lm still waiting for an order that l was meant to get on the 23rd
