lost order

I placed an order for a washing.machine last week and paid for it . delivery was expected on the 20 December but did not arrive . I was not informed that delivery was not going to take place . I spoke to a Luke B to cancel my order and obtain a full refund . He went ahead and rescheduled delivery for the 22 December .order number for replacement : ***5 order number for : " parcel lost in transit "

I am totallyunhappy with the service I have received from takealot .

This is not the first time my order has not arrived on time . I demand that I get a refund on my delivery fee . In future < I will not order any large electronic appliances .
