Lost order

Takelot managed to lose my order. They claim it was delivered and signed for by me. Since Monday I have been trying to get a response. All said was that putting me through to management was not allowed. I then asked to be put through to the delivery department, also not allowed. I must now wait for feedback... I must also say that I'm one of their best clients and I'm shocked by how I've been treated this week.
