Lost my parcel now i must wait and extra week and i ordered it as a gift for someone for 08.02.2025

I ordered something on the 29.01.2025 so that i could have it for a gift for someone for this weekend , now takealot sends me a email sorry they lost my item and it will only be delivered 13.02.2025 , i am beyond ****ed off , your mess up and now i must wait an extra week ,

pathetic service , i will never order from takealot again!!!!
