LOST MY PARCEL
I ordered 4 items from Takealot. 3 was delivered, one was not. Takelot is blaming the courier company, UTI, but UTI has assured me that Takealot never shipped the item to them. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but now sadly it won't be. Now Takealot is out of stock of the mentioned product, thanks for the ****py service. First time I have problem with them, doubt to order from them again. Order: ***. No feedback has been received, Order fulfilment team has not rep****, they keep blaming UTI which is the easy way out apparently, after they never dispatched the Item. Not satisfied at all.
