Lost my money with Takelot

Takelot deliverd the wrong product according to my order. I took it to a depot and explained my situation. Wrote numerous emails. All I received back was rejection and meaningless emails. The last mail I received was that my goods have been destroyed due to no feedback What a joke All my requests to talk to someone on the phone also ignored Lost all my money on an order of two security cameras
