Lost my money

I am highly disappointed. I ordered a gift which has todate not arrived. I phoned their call center,band was advised they are still running on COVID detail. Just as behind as their service. I sent an email, with no response. Judging on their poor service my 7year old nephew will not be getting his Marvel(Deadpool) poster! Worst service ever! I ordered 3 items and they will definitely be the last I order from takealot ,I expected more than the *********** service I received
