Lost my item!

I was informed on 26 January 2021 to collect my parcel at the Berea branch, East London. When I arrive there they could only find 2 of the 3 items. After waiting for 30min while they run around looking for it I was told they would phone me when they find it. It is now 31 January 2021 and I am yet to receive a phone call. How can you just loose an item? If I wanted to wait 3 months for my parcel I would've used Wish - how rediculous is it that you wait for 10day for delivery and then stil have to wait an additional who knows how long for them to find it? I sent a message on their Facebook page - which they answer by asking the order number. But still have not even received a response there! So technically in 2 days you send my parcel back if not collected - so are you going to send back half my order seeing the other item is MIA? Absolutely rediculous & horrible service! You sit with my money and my parcel.
