Lost items and no feedback from Takealot

<p>First complaint with them but I have received no feedback or help regarding my problem. I placed an order and it was delivered to security and not to receptions as per usual. 4 items were missing. I immediately sent and email and late afternoon I received and email saying order was delivered in full. I phoned and gave the tracking numbers per box and was told one box is missing and they will send and email. Yesterday a forth box was delivered once again not at reception of building. I opened it infront of witnesses and only 3 of the 4 items I paid for was delivered. I have sent various mail, I requested feedback or that a manager phone me and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...NO REPLY. So I paid for a bottle of wine which was not delivered and can't get any response from takealot</p>
