Lost item

Takealot has “lost” my power box and power cable of my sauna blanket I have been waiting a week now with no feedback & had to cancel clients for a week which means no income for me!! I have spoken to various call centre agents and someone on fb page & i get the same response… awaiting feedback from the warehouse
