"Lost" Item

<p>Order placed 2 Dec '16, parcel arrived with 6 of my 7 items during the week of 12-16 Dec '16. My 1 item Berlinger Haus Frying Pan set was not with the package. Contacted Takealot via Email was ensured my parcel would be delivered on Thursday 22 Dec '16, nothing. Contacted again via email no response... contacted via social media (facebook) limited response telling me to be patient... got notification from takelaot that order was completed at 15h23 on Friday 23 Dec '16, got home, no item deliverd. Called takealot, apparently order was split into 2 boxes and only one was deliverd... the lady said she'd escalate and get back to me... nothing... yesterday afternoon... email received from Takealot asking me to confirm i'd received the frying pan set... emailed them back to say that to date i had still not received my item... no reponse received again... beyond dissapointed... as this was a Christmas gift I ordered nearly a month in advance... the customer service has been appauling... I even told them i'd speak to the courier service directly if they couldn't handle it... still nothing...</p>
