Lost Inverter Not Replaced CF || RRN-GAG8G-QQY6

With deep concern, I bring forward my grievance against Takealot regarding the replacement of a faulty inverter that was unfortunately lost by the courier service they entrusted for its return. I had utilised the inverter for an extended period before it abruptly ceased to function. Following the malfunction, I promptly initiated the return process, returning the inverter to Takealot for the necessary repairs. In good faith, I entrusted the supplier to rectify the defect. To my dismay, the inverter, after being diligently repaired by the supplier, suffered an unfortunate fate at the hands of a courier service that was engaged by Takealot for its return to me. The loss of the inverter due to the actions of the courier service, while beyond my control and indeed prejudicial, compels me to appeal for a swift and equitable resolution, including the replacement of the inverter or a suitable remedy in accordance with established consumer rights and fairness.

Should Takealot fail to remedy this situation by Friday 3 November 2023, I will have no other alternative but to take further legal steps.
