Lost in your lies

I have been waiting for my order which was paid for on the 26th of Nov. whats the hold up? When i track my order it says attempted to deliver in Melville we will reschedule what on earth are you doing in Melville when the delivery address is Braampark . Nobody even called to say we are failing to deliver . I paid for my goods and i want them!!! Please fix this ,let it be known that this is the last order i place with you...Dissapointing
