"Lost in transit".. Its ****** in transit and Takealot isn't even bothered!

Takealot.com service is the worst! What a traumatizing experience! My daughters birthday gifts (singing unicorn) was "lost in transit" a week before her party, they replaced it and shipped it out around 3:00AM Tuesday and guess what, its Thursday, my daughters' party is on Saturday and still no parcel delivered, the only thing I'm ever being told by those call center agents is "Oh no, i will escalate it for you". I have made more than 50 calls these past 2 days, @takealot how long does your courier services take shipping from Cape town to Durban.. 7days? Never mind that the fault was on your end, shouldn't you take the initiative as a company as big as your to use faster services incases where your courier employees ***** our parcel and lie and say its lost in transit? Pathetic!
