Lost delivery and no feedback

On the 7th of December 2018 takealot sent me a message stating that my package I ordered will be delivered before 5pm that day. Then when I logged on my profile on takealot it said it was delivered at 12:45pm that day without stating the name that signed for it - no parcel was delivered and I did not receive anything that day. When I emailed takealot to enquire about it they sent me an out dated proof of delivery with a different time and date stamp and different signature than mine on it. I told them that it is not the correct POD and that it had a date from 5 years back - I did not even use takealot then. I also reached out to them on facebook and there is still no update on my order. It is now going into the second week with no valuable feedback from takealot about the where abouts of my package. This is unacceptable.
