Losing over R1000 due to faulty policy

Takealot is *****ing over R1000 from me. So I ordered and paid for a Lenovo IdeaPad s145 laptop. R5480. It has 8gb ram and 256gb SSD. I received a laptop and barely used it, as I didn't need it at the time. Unfortunately over a month later I realized that I've received the wrong laptop that has literally half the capability. They've supp**** me with a Lenovo IdeaPad 330, which is about R1500 lower in value! Takealot refuses to return it, and they've rejected the return 3 times. Due to their faulty policy, TAKEALOT. COM IS *****ING OVER A R1000 FROM ME, and my consumer rights are violated.
