Losing a Fan

Having been in the customer service industry for almost ten years and having studied Customer Service Management, Business communication, Wealth Management, Customer Relationship Management, NLP Life Coaching and IT Networking, it's fair to say that I know what good customer service is and I have not received anything like that from TakeAlot.
Jan 3, I bought a Goldair 40cm Mist Fan - White Goldair 40cm Mist Fan and I was impressed by the speedy delivery thereof, as it was delivered Jan 8.
With the blazing heat in Cape Town, I quickly un-boxed it, but for some reason, couldn't assemble it. Four of my friends tried and they too had no luck. We double checked the instruction manual, we looked for guidance online, but found nothing, only a instruction manual which was similar.
I e-mailed you and Sivile Mangcu replies with the exact instruction manual that didn't work.
Then Nadeem Salie says your suppliers I should contact Damien, who also couln't assist.
It's now been almost two weeks and I still have no use of the fan.
I need my fan assembled, as I'll be in contact with my lawyers and Consumer Protection if this is not resolved this week.
I've just finished radiotherapy and need it
