Lose the goods, then ignore the customer.

Placed an order last week for an item which was in stock, after being let down by another retailer. Takealot said the item was out for delivery on Saturday, and then suddenly marked it "parcel lost in transit". There have been no updates since, and my support ticket has been ignored.
