Loosing wishlist with [URL Removed] merge
On [URL Removed] website they said that with the merge to [URL Removed] your whole account will be moved to [URL Removed] This is however not the case, because your wish list was not moved, it was deleted. Now they are just saying there is nothing they can do about it.<br> It is extremely poor communication from their side!! Not nice doing business with a company now having the risk of them deleting half of your profile without notifying you.

20 May 2015, 08:46Hello Li1,
We're sorry if you weren't aware that the wishlist was not part of the account information that would be transferred to takealot. We worked very closely with Kalahari on the merge communication & made exactly the same information available on both the takealot and Kalahari websites. We've asked our complaints team to make contact with you to confirm exactly where you were informed that all account information would be transferred to investigate whether there was any discrepancy.
For the record, all merge related information is available on our website & the section on what information would be transferred can be viewed here:

We're sorry for any inconvenience & frustration this may have caused you.
Sincerely,
takealot.com
