bought a monitor from takealot and decided I wanted a larger one and returned the one that was delivered. I specifically requested a refund but takealot sent a email stating that my "takelot.com account was credited the refund". This is ***** and I'm unable to get in contact with them to give the company a chance to correct this issue.
