Longing for the caring and professional customer service Takealot used to practice

Takealot used to be my favorite business to buy from but after the after sales services I received, I realized that they do not value their customers. When ever I order an item online it's either the colour, size, quality or brand is wrong. The stress you must go through to log a call, have it returned or collected is unpleasant. I got tired and frustrated and decided to stop buying online from them. Once I struggled to understand and operate the TV I bought and called for assistance but to no joy. I truly hope that Takealot can revert back to the times when customers were valued
