Long wait gor delivery

I have been ordering from takealot for years but lately the orders take longer and longer for delivery. It has happened a few times now! Ordered 2 items that you cant have the one without the other. Ordered it on 30/03/26 and now I am told it wil only be drlivered 16/04/26. There is no channel to lodge a complaint axcept to talk to an AI generated dept! If things dont improve I say Good by to Takealot
