Long wait and no communication

A few times already the product is of a very low quality. Also, a few times the product does not arrive on the due date and there is no communication. You can’t find their phone on the website, just a list of commonly asked questions. Very frustrating. My product is 5 days late already and they can’t tell me anything about when it will be available. They sell the producers even if they don’t have it.
