Long wait

Takealot is really bad, I ordered a fridge hoping to receive it as soon as promised on the app, then yes the delivery guy came only to tell me that he cannot offload my fridge because of traffic, okay fine, my delivery was rescheduled for the next day, and the reason was they cannot validate my address(on app) okay fine, next day comes only to get another sms for rescheduling, now my grocery is spoiled.
