Long List of Gifts - FOUR KITES arrive !!!
Hello Peter - I ordered and paid for a long list of various items from Takealot, as Christmas presents for my kids - parcel has just arrived on my door step - which is FOUR KITES !!! and nothing else.
Conveniently they do not have a contact number on their website for me to call, you have to send an email which they do not respond too.
Now what? can you help me with some form of response, please & thank you

19 Dec 2018, 16:45Oh Gosh, I was super mad when I wrote this review - as it turns out, the driver had the instruction to delivery 4 of 4 parts which were the Kites - instead of 5 of 5 (parcel with the remainder of the items). He came racing into my office now, found the lost parcel, all is in order, no more grump lady on this side of the country.
