Long delivery date caused products not to be available

Take a Lot used to be a reliable online deliver Service. But recently their service had gone down especially when they launched their paid delivery option. They started, it seems, to prioritize paid subscribers even though the items we bought we available and available in Cape Town. It used to be that if the products are available in Cape Town you get to receive them at the very least in a couple of days. We had to wait for a week only to be told, the items were out of stock, presumably because the supplier reverted to the regular prices. How is that fair to the customers. Well if you TAL keep on doing this you will lose customers for other retailers and hey Amazon is learning their game and learning it fast. Get your act together!
