Lonely Christmas due to date changes!!!!!!

You said 5 - 7 working days, I've been waiting excitedly for 2 weeks and now I go track my order and you have pushed it over by a week with no reason! I have to cancel my holiday to my dad because of this!!! Thanks takealot, I'll be alone this Christmas, I hope you think about that when you sitting with your family eating Christmas lunch!
