Logistics couldn't care less at Takealot

So I can't be passed through to delivery/logistics and I also can't pick the same day delivery whereas I AM in a same day delivery area. I need the order before a certain time and the delivery team can't take a moment to look at the email the customer service team sent at 08:05am. Its extremely ridiculous!! I have this set to give away to a friend and they couldn't care less to respond. Absolutely pathetic service from logistical of Takealot. Thanks customer service for reaching out but just dismiss all comms in logistics. They are ****. Period.
