Login and credit issue

I have been trying for six months to buy from Takealot. I am (was) an existing client and suddenly could not login. I have spent a lot of time and numerous e-mails to the so called online help desk as the three telephone numbers available are permanently engaged. Always the same story - I receive an e-mail to reset my password, which I do and still no joy. Then , I don't get any further response. To make matters worse I have a credit with Takealot. I want to spend money, but they are incapable of assisting.
