LOCKDOWN ****S!

This store has absolutely no integrity. I have generally never had an issue with them but if you feel like being ****med during lockdown (or ever)definitely order from them then.

Somethings you have put me through regarding ONE order 1. You resheduled my order while I stayed home and waited for nothing .

2. Rescheduled ON MY BIRTHDAY (again me just waiting the entire day)just for your rude driver to bring half my order . So that was in vain .

3. I had to email countless times to get another day and a replacement order which was the WRONG order . Then That got cancelled and then I was told the item I PAID for was lost in transit . They blamed the driver for losing the ONE ITEM but he came Here with 2/4 items. (Feel like it was a planned ****, he forced me to sign for half an order which I obviously did not do .)

4. Apparently no more stock of said item.

5 . Your solution was to give me one although I needed TWO! No alternative was offered I had to go look and suggest a replacement myself .

6 . Did your managers job and showed you AN ALRERNATIVE product (200 rand more across both items ) on YOUR OWN STORE and CLEARLY STATED I NEED TWO OF THE SAME .

7. You placed an order for ONE .

8 . I said I’ll pay for replacement myself seeing that take a lot felt 200 extra to replace my items YOU LOST was something they don’t want to do to cover their incompetence.

9. Credit my money back (without prior communication) but it WAS THE WRONG amount . It states money back for x2 of the items but gave back ONE for a item I never paid for . Instead of the two I have paid for .

10. After giving me back the wrong amount you show you have stock of the product I wanted and increased the price !

And the craziest part , I watched their drivers chuck different peoples parcels out his car in order to find mine. Peoples hard earned cash just laying out in the street being chucked around .

Get it together take a lot . And have verna Martin and johannes hendrikus viljoen respond to my requests instead of just doing their own damn thing without my said so.
