LOADSHEDDING LIGHTS

I bought loadshedding lights from Takealot , today they delivered the 4th defective set. I would've expected after my second return they would replace or remove the item from their dispatch. After every return i log a new set gets delivered but there is always one of the 3 lights not working. How many returned are one suppose to log on the same item. This is not acceptable at all
