Livid customer

I am beyond upset!!! Your courier guys are absolute *******!!! I ordered AirPods and when I received my package, it was taken out of its box... packet was cut open and taped up in a very tardy manner. This was alarming for me but I proceeded to open the pouch anyway...

Was I not livid when saw that my airpods were taken out of the pouch and only the accessories were left there? What kind of people do you give our belongings to? People who ***** your customers’ items and deliver whatever is left over?!

I demand an explanation, the correct order to be delivered IN FULL and compensation, this is unacceptable!!!
