LIVE BUGS/ ROACHES IN TGAKELOT PACKAGE

I recently purchased 2 pots - Bellinger Haus. On delivery I opened the one package and was horrified to find numerous live bugs / roaches. I sent a complaint to Takealot with pictures and a video , to date I received no feedback. I had 3 different people mail me. The 1st asked for pictures, the 2nd apologized and asked of she must log a return and the 3rd asked if she must log a complaint on my behalf.

I wrote a review on Takealot and it was rejected.

How is it that this was not concerning for them.

How are the items not inspected before being sent to the customer. No phone call. Pathetic and poor service.

Very disappointed with the service.
